1. How do I know what size to choose?
You can check the Handy Size Guide and view our Size Chart on the product page for reference.
2. Can I make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to change your information if the order has not shipped. You must immediately contact our Customer Service (info@summerseasiren.com) with your request details.
**About Shipping**
1. How long will it take to get your package?
We ship orders vis the proper shipment way according to the order value. Once shipped most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days for US, UK, AU, NZ, CA, but still depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
2. How do I track my order?
When we ship your order out, you will get the shipping confirmation mail with the tracking number on your order. You can track your shipment here or message us for a consult.

1. What Payment method do we accept for your purchase?
We have Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards for you, two of the most trusted online payment solutions. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
2. How can I do if my payment was declined?
If you have trouble with credit/debit cards, check your card information to make sure they are correct. Ensure that you do not reach the card limit or that the card is currently being reviewed by your bank.
If the upper instructions fail, please contact your bank or use PayPal as your payment method.

How does the coupon/promo code work?
Once you reach your Cart you may enter your coupon or promo code in the Promo Code field. The discount will be applied during the transaction. Unfortunately, coupons or promo codes are currently limited to one code per order online.
